The International Mathematical Olympiad for precollege students. More than 100 countries, representing over 90% of the world’s population, send teams of up to six students, plus one team leader, one deputy leader, and observers. The Edusol board ensures that the competition takes place each year and that each host centre observes the regulations and traditions of the IMO.  Participants of Olympiads are ranked on the basis of marks obtained. This program is one of the major initiatives undertaken by the Edusol. Its main purpose is to spot mathematical talent among pre-university students in the country
